Braided Horsehair Bracelet - Judge and Sunday

This listing is for a braided horsehair bracelet in palomino. It was collected from Judge, a 25 year old double registered AQHA/Palomino gelding, and Sunday, a 34 year old AQHA mare. The hair was collected by the horses' owner and given to me in trade for a custom horsehair bracelet. Judge and Sunday are two of the lucky ones - they are enjoying their golden years in a loving forever home! The bracelet measures 9 1/2 inches in total length but can be adjusted to fit any wrist size greater then 6 inches. It closes using a lobster clasp.


All of my horsehair items are handmade by me using horsehair gathered from animals encountered through my work in the animal welfare field. Only a small amount is taken from each horse during the normal grooming process. Each animal is an individual who's memory lives on in the items made from their hair, even after the animal has passed through my life. All my horsehair is cruelty-free, is not a by-product of the equine slaughter industry and is vegetarian/vegan friendly.
